When is the best time to book my photoshoot?
The best time to book depends on when you’re graduating-spring, summer, or fall. We always recommend booking sooner rather than later to secure your preferred location and avoid the rush, especially for campus shoots.
Most Soba Studios clients book about two weeks before their session. Whether you’re planning graduation, maternity, family, engagement, or professional portraits, our calendar is designed to accommodate both intentional planning and short-notice bookings, depending on availability.

Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days, but if you need them faster:
4-day priority delivery – $75
2-day express delivery – $100

Absolutely! At Soba Studios, we specialize in bringing your vision to life. Your photoshoot is fully customizable. You can upload inspiration, share details, and include personal props to make your session uniquely yours. We’re all about creating a look that reflects your style.

We offer studio sessions at Soba Studios, as well as outdoor and on-location sessions based on your preference.
Studio sessions take place at our Dallas location, while outdoor sessions are selected during the booking process.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
Because session time is reserved exclusively for you, we maintain a strict scheduling policy to protect studio availability and fairness for all clients.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your session time and are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session result in full payment being forfeited. This time is removed from availability and cannot be rebooked on short notice.
Reschedule requests within 48 hours incur a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Reschedules requested more than 48 hours in advance may be accommodated once, based on studio availability.
Emergency considerations are handled at the studio’s discretion and do not guarantee a waiver of fees.

Preparation is simple.
Arrive rested, confident, and ready to be yourself.We recommend choosing outfits you feel great in, bringing any meaningful items you’d like included, and arriving on time so your session flows naturally. Hair, grooming, and styling are best handled a few days in advance for a clean, effortless look.
From there, we take care of the rest.
Our team will guide you through the experience and handle direction, pacing, and posing. -
All of our packages include high-resolution digital images, so you don’t have to order prints unless you want to. If you'd like professional prints, we offer a seamless ordering process where you can purchase them directly from your gallery.
